Eastland-Fairfield Career Center Summer Camp

The Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools offer 30 plus programs to juniors and seniors. This summer, middle school students in grades 6-8 have an opportunity to discover what the career center has to offer by choosing 2 of the 28 sessions that are available. Summer camp is on June 4th and 5th and it is FREE!!

Upcoming Ohio State Assessment Testing

Students at Rushville Middle School will begin state testing in April.  Please read the letter below for full details.

2nd Quarter PBIS

Our 2nd quarter PBIS incentive day was postponed due to weather but the staff and students had a great time when we finally got it have it. We had movies, a pizza party for our PBIS poster contest class winner, Falcon Swag prize packs for our individual poster winners, and our first ever PBIS raffle. It was wonderful to see and hear the kids cheering each other on when names were drawn!

1st Quarter 2023 - Falcon Lunch Bunch

On a daily basis, students are able to earn "Falcon Feathers" for showing positive characteristics.   All of those students are then invited to the Falcon Brunch at the end of the grading period where we enjoy donuts and a drink.  Parents or guardians are also welcome to attend with their child. Free Sports Physicals June 1 by Appointment Only

Fairfield Medical Center is offering free sports physicals on June 1 from 8:00-11:30 a.m. for students entering grades 7-12 for the 2024-2025 school year.  Call early for the best appointment times.  Athletes must present a completed 2024-2025 Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Form from the OHSAA.  This document must be signed and completed by the parent prior to the scheduled appointment.  Athletes 15 and younger will need to be accompanied by an adult during the exam.   Forms are available on the athletic website or in the high school and middle school offices.





2024 Credit Recovery/Grade Improvement Program

GRADES 5-12
Students in grades 5-12 at risk of failing a course are eligible to stay after school two days per week for 1 hour to begin a credit recovery/grade improvement program.  Students are required to participate in at least six of the eight sessions to receive their additional credit.
 
Window #1 – March 11 through April 5, 2024
Grade Improvement/Credit Recovery for Quarters 1 & 2
Grades 5-8 - Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:00-4:00 p.m.
Grades 9-12 - Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 2:50-3:50 p.m.
 
Window #2 – April 16 through May 10, 2024
Grade Improvement/Credit Recovery for Quarters 1, 2, & 3
Grades 5-8 - Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:00-4:00 p.m.
Grades 9-12 Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 2:50-3:50 p.m.
